Vienna-based S IMMO AG, with a 30-year history, has around 1.3 million square metres of real estate in the European Union with an occupancy rate of 93.2 percent and a total rental yield of five percent as of 30 June 2021. The company’s total revenue for the first six months of 2021 was nearly €91 million and for the full year was close to €174 million.
The company started to expand in Central and Eastern Europe at the turn of the millennium, entering the Hungarian market in 2001 after the Czech Republic. Over the last two decades, S IMMO Hungary has developed an office and hotel portfolio of more than 110,000 sqm in Budapest, including premium properties such as the Blue Cube, Buda Center, City Center, Pódium, Maros BC and River Estates office buildings, as well as the five-star Budapest Marriott Hotel. Last year the company had more than 70 tenants in the capital.
