As a first step, S IMMO Hungary has integrated sustainable facilities such as BudaPart Gate into its portfolio and has rethought the way it operates its buildings with renewable, green energy. The Pódium has recently received a BREEAM In-Use Asset Performance rating at the "Very Good" level, and the Blue Cube and River Estates office buildings are already BREEAM certified, as is BudaPart Gate, in addition to its LEED Gold certification. The company's long term goal is to ensure that all S IMMO office buildings meet the highest possible sustainability standards.
